Hello there! This is a decent sized master bedroom for rent, complete with an en-suite and includes a double bed and wardrobe. Plenty of room for one or two people and any furniture you may wish to bring with you. Bills are included in monthly rent.

This is a top floor apartment (2nd floor) with it’s own entranceway and a large open-planned, shared living room kitchen. We are in a quiet estate surrounded by woodlands in Hedge End - a 15 minute walk away from the train station (links to London Waterloo) and a 10 minute walk from local Tesco express. M&S, Sainsburys, Lidl and Next and more are only a 5 minute drive away. Southampton City Centre is a 15 minute drive and we have easy bus/rail links. We don’t have a private car parking space available but our quiet street has plenty of spaces and visitor spots for anyone to use and it’s easy to park outside the building.

You’ll have equal use of the fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine and your own kitchen cupboards too.

We’re looking for a short term roomate(s) until the beginning of April, which is when we will be moving out! But the (super friendly!) landlord will consider longer term rentals if you are interested in staying longer.

You would be living with a calm and tidy professional couple (in our late 20’s) who would enjoy socialising in the evenings over dinner or drinks, but we will respect your privacy too - we’d love to find a roomate(s) who share the same values. We also enjoy playing board games, watching films or heading out for dinner. Most weekends you will find us outside converting our campervan, unless it’s tipping down with rain!!
