We have 8 x 4 bedroom contemporary eco friendly houses available located in Victoria Park, Manchester. These modern semi-detached houses with enclosed back gardens and outside balconies, are very conveniently located for Manchester University, Manchester Metropolitan University and Manchester Royal Infirmary. The houses are very close to all major bus routes into town, and very close to shops, bars and restaurants. All houses have an open plan kitchen lounge, rooftop terrace, communal bathroom with shower over bath and a spare study room. There are 2 x standard double rooms, 1 x large double and 1 x en-suite room, with its own rear balcony. Please be aware that the houses can only be let as a group of 4, but each of you will have an individual AST for your room. Contract lengths are 51 weeks. The rent includes all utility bills, high speed internet and CONTENTS INSURANCE with Endsleigh.

There are already 2 of us so we need 2 more roommates. We are both muslim girls so only apply if you are also a muslim girl. One of us will be a 1st year at University of Manchester and the other will be a second year.
