I’m a very friendly and sociable person however I do like my space and will respect your boundaries if you would like space too. Im not a very big ‘gaff’ person although I am happy for you to have friends around occasionally and any boyfriends/girlfriends are welcome as long as it does remain ‘our’ flat and I don’t end up sharing it with a couple 😂

All in all, I’m a clean and tidy person and I’m always happy to pull my weight with house work asking as you are willing to do the same. Looking for someone I would get along with and would be happy to do things together such as have movie nights or go on nights out. Pop me a message if you feel like we would get along.

Total ppm includes rent, gas, electric, and Wi-Fi. It does not however cover council tax (I still have to find out how much this is as I’ve just finished uni) which we would both split.

It’s a 10 minute walk to the town centre, 5 minute bus ride to the town centre and an hour bus ride into the city centre with the 6/18 with a bus stop right outside the property as well. The East Kilbride train station is a 15/20 minute walk, and a 6 minute drive.

Both the room and flat are very large, balcony included (See pictures). Flat is fully furnished by myself, other than the room to rent, which comes with a grey cupboard which is optional if you would like to keep it. I’m happy to furnish the room for you with the basics at an extra cost.
