Its 600per month 300 each paid on the 1st of the month usually but our landlord is relax about rent so the date wont be a problem, no bills included and there’s no wifi, Council tax band is A. I got all the furnitures except a bad for you you can use couch or get a bed for yourself. Its duplex your room and kitchen is in the first floor and a fully empty garden at the back. Second floor is medium sized shared bathroom/toilet. Other than that theres 2 more rooms one is my bedroom which is very small room with only bed inside and the other one which is the same sized as the first floors room, Ijust hangout and chill but you’re always welcome to pop up and have a chat or do something.

Only problem with the home is the fridge freezer which is fridge side not working and the freezer side is not like the freezer.like its not cool enough to freeze but still working like a mini fridge. But we can get one if I can find a roommate.

I live alone. Im a tidy and clean(dont let photos give you a bad look about me because when I took the photos my 3 years girlfriend left me without even saying or placing any notes thats why its looking like that,sorry.)person,always do a whole cleaning of the house once a week, every week. Im always staying quite when its nighttime but love to listen music very loud. I usually hangout in my chill room
