This is a nice and well managed building, with a common working and fun space, and a smoking area in the courtyard. There is also a bike shed.

The studio itself is an en-suite, with a kitchen (which has a hob, sink and microwave) and a large bed and desk.

I am moving out on the 9th of December sharp, and tenancy could be taken over on Saturdays only, so it is up to you whether you want to move in before Friday the 9th or on the 10th.
