Demi's room

Hey! My flat mate is moving out from in feb 2024, therefore looking for a replacement.

The flat is very modern, with us being the first tenants to live in it, all furnishings are new. The room available is a spacious double room which comes with a en-suite. The furnishings included are a double bed, 2 bed side tables, 1 set of chest of draws and built in wardrobe.

The living area/open diner, kitchen and balcony will all be shared with myself. Kitchen appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, sofa, dining table all included.

The monthly rent includes bills; council tax, internet, electric, heating & water.

Zone 2, closest stations being Willesden Junction or North Acton:

• 15 minutes away from Westfields (1 stop on overground) or 25 minutes to Oxford Circus (bakerloo line/central line)

There is a local shop directly opposite the building, with a big Asda just a 15 minute walk away.

I’m 28 yrs old female, living in London since November 2021. I work in recruitment for a fashion company, 2/3 days a week from home but will have a desk in my room. When not working, I’m usually out at the gym/shopping/eating out - ideally looking for someone who’d occasionally like to hang out, do dinner or drinks etc but equally happy if you’d prefer not to 😊
