Preferably a female/non-binary renter please as currently a house of 4 girls. 10 minute walk to withington/142 and 143 bus stops and just round the corner from ladybarn park. House has a large garden, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Lots of storage space and a desk too. Am happy to show people round but am at work 10-6 so might have to be in the evening/on the weekend.
