A lovely 2 bedroom fully furnished homely flat, you will have a spacious double room with your own full bathroom (bedroom looks larger in person). There is also a fully furnished kitchen and communal lounge. I am looking for a friendly, considerate and clean housemate. Someone who like me treats their home and others with respect and is comfortable cleaning on a regular basis (I am no clean freak) but would appreciate living with someone who takes pride in living in a nice clean, cosy home.
There is a car park in front of the property which is free. The neighborhood is a nice, safe, green and residential area, there is also a large Sainsbury’s within a 2 minute walking distance.
The local underground station is Southgate station (Piccadilly Line) which is less than a 5-10minute bus ride away and there are other local railway/overground stations such as Winchmore Hill, Grange Park and Enfield Town which get into Central London quickly. There is a bustop a minute way and another within a few minutes’ walk. There are nice pubs and restaurants within the local area.
My current housemate will be leaving and you will be welcome to move in on the 1st January 2023.
You will need to provide references for your current employer and current landlord (if you have one). A deposit of £600 will be required for the deposit protection scheme, which will be returned at the end of your tenancy.
