Paul's room

All bills included. Double room with large private bathroom within an exceptionally spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom top floor apartment. Short walking distance to metrolink, close to Altrincham town centre and only 20 mins from Manchester city centre. Fully furnished with fully fitted kitchen, six seat dining area, Sky TV/Fibre broadband with Sky home Cinema (I’m big on movies). Elevator and ample parking. Furnished to a high standard, with choice of bedroom furnishings. In the photos of the double room the bedroom furniture is smaller to allow for more space. I have some more contemporary furniture available as an option (see master room photos) the bed is Queen size so takes up a lot more space. Also there are tennis courts as part of the property (but you do have to sign up to the club).

It’s a really nice place and being such a great location and size, it is a bit expensive by myself. Housemates make a house so I’m always up for hanging out and the apartment’s plenty big enough when you want your own space. I’m a business owner and manage a professional recording studio in town. So I’m pretty busy and my working hrs can be all over the place but I do get comp tickets to gigs and my flatmates are always welcome to join. I’m also a musician and play in a touring band although we haven’t done much of late sometimes I will disappear for weeks on end when we’re active. I’m very clean tidy and easy going and I look for the same in my flatmates. As my work life can be hectic I like home to be a bit of a sanctuary.
