I just bought and moved into this flat at the end of September 2022 and I am looking for a suitable tenant to share my 2 bed flat with me. It is a double bedroom with an en-suite and the flat is fully furnished! (Including the bedroom). It’s in an amazing location on Chapel Allerton high street and there is free parking available on the main road outside the flat (only 1 residential parking space used by myself). Plenty of shops, amenities and public transport located on the doorstep.

I am ideally looking for a young professional (male or female) who doesn’t work unsocial hours and ideally doesn’t work from home all week however once or twice a week is fine (this is due to me including energy bills in the rent).

Also please note I only moved into this flat a month ago and am still in the process of furnishing (wall art, lamps, decor etc) and I will be moving my desk from the living room into the entrance hall once I have the wiring set up.

I’m a 29 year old Personal Trainer, originally from London but moved to Leeds 2 years ago. I’m easy to get on with and I am very sociable but my routine typically is work and gym in the week with the occasional nights out on weekends so nothing too exciting most of the time haha! Please note that I can sometimes be up at 5:30am in the week for work so if this may be an issue in relation to your working hours please let me know.
