The house is located just outside Manchester city centre with excellent transportation links with the train station only a 5 min walk, local gym, supermarket and takeouts.

The property is only 6 years old, so it is relatively new with 2 double rooms with an open plan lounge and dining area. The property has 2 separate bathrooms, so you will technically have your own bathroom. There is also a relaxing entertainment area outside for use if you want to use it.

The kitchen is fully equipt with the usual items as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property bills are all included in the price. SkyQ is available in the room.

I am a live-in landlord, however, I am a relatively quiet person and get on with my own things. I spend most of my time either out hiking, mountain biking or camping on weekends. I also spend some evenings in the gym.
