Hi There, Thanks for looking at my add; I have a spare room in my flat and looking to rent it out to someone that doesn’t mind dogs. Main reason for it so Freyja (the dog) has company while I’m at work; you don’t need to take her out or anything…just be there, not all the time ;) She’s very well behaved and won’t go into your room. The flat is in the nice and quiet area of Canonmills…15min walk from Princes Street and it’s a single room with a desk, window to the rear, bed and wardrobe; £600/m, all costs included.
