I have secured a 2 bed apartment in Manchester City Centre and I’m currently looking for a flat mate to share with.

Its in a great location and on the 25th floor so Amazing views across the city. The rent of the room is £902.50pm. Included in your rent: 24 hrs concierge, resident gym, yoga studio, multiple communal areas, multiple rooftop terraces, free access to private dining rooms, conference rooms, coffee machines, regular resident events, pet friendly, WIFI, fully furnished, onsite maintenance. I have had an estimation of bills so that’s electric, water and council tax and the overall monthly payments for everything would be roughly £1050 each maybe slightly less. Your room would have the bath and shower ensuite so you have the best of both worlds! The apartment is available now so realistically from referencing you could be moved in within 2 weeks!!

A bit about me: I’m 25 and an IT Architect. I will be working from home and in the communal areas inside the complex for the majority of the week and maybe 1 day in the office. I have a little 2 year old cockapoo called Walter who will also be a resident so I’d love to find someone that adores dogs 🥰. I love travelling, exploring, going out for a drink and good food but equally love staying at home with a good movie/series and wine! 🤭. I am very clean and tidy and respect will your own space as we all need that at times 🤭.

I’m looking for someone that has similar interests and qualities and most importantly LOVES dogs and wouldnt mind Walter being around.
