About the room
The flat is £607.50 per month (bills not included and council tax band B) and both the bedroom on offer and the rest of the house come pre-furnished. You will have your own bathroom, as my bedroom has an en-suite, and a lot of cupboard space in the kitchen.
The house also has a balcony, a gated parking space (which I will not use) and is situated about a 10-15 minute walk away from Lidl, and about a 10 minute walk away from Cabot Circus.
