Jonathan's room

Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent out the spare room in my flat. It’s a good sized double room, with sole use of the main bathroom in the flat. The kitchen and living room would be shared with myself. The flat is council tax band C, and broadband is included in the rent. The rest of the bills would be split between us. Any furniture you wanted adding to the bedroom can be discussed and I’m happy to accommodate.

A bit about me, I’m a working professional, working from home 1-2 days a week. When I’m at home I like to keep myself busy with little projects, be it improving the flat, or building bikes, but I do often find myself out or away alot. I also enjoy cooking so would be open to sharing meals from time to time! I’m ideally looking for someone relatively quiet with a similar pace of living, but open to everyone so feel free to reach out!
