I am looking for a flatmate to share the tenancy of this flat from Dec 2022 - Dec 2023 as I have been living here for a year and my current flatmate is moving out due to her engagement.

The flat is situated in a beautiful location, 5 minute walk from town centre/station and close to Surrey Hills as well as a parks and leisure facilities. The room is fully finished, with an ensuite bathroom and overlooking the hills.

Private parking space included.

Unfortunately there is no living room, as this is used a workspace for myself however the kitchen is shared with plenty of space.

Ideally looking for someone who is also interested in music, loves cooking, tidy and easy to get along with.
