A large, spacious double room available immediately. Double bed, plenty of storage space, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe included. There’s also a large separate kitchen, a big living area, a bathroom next door to the room, and garden shed to store any outdoor sports stuff 🏄

The house is located in Hayle with local amenities a short walk away - Beaches, pubs, cafes and supermarkets can all be reached quickly and easily via foot or a short drive.

Hayle train station is also a 5 minute drive away and St Ives is a 14 minute drive or 20 minute train journey. The house is a 2 minute walk from a bus stop and is surrounded by cycle routes.

I am looking for a tidy, friendly professional who is keen to live in a sociable house with 2 other professionals.

A deposit of £600 is required alongside first months rent on date of move-in 😊

I’m a 29 year old professional who is from Cornwall but worked and travelled away for several years. In my spare time I love surfing, cycling, cooking and hanging out with friends. The other housemate is a 25 year old professional.
