ABOUT THE APARTMENT New build fully furnished apartment based on Fresh Wharf Road, and a part of a complex. It is a double bedroom, which comes with two bedside drawers, wardrobe and two dressers. The tenant will have a private bathroom for themselves, but this will also be the bathroom utilised should there be any guest. Shared kitchen/living area that is all already furnished. It also has a balcony and a storage room where the washing machine, shoe and coat rack is placed. There is Tesco’s which is a 5-7 minute walk from the building, as well as Barking station which is situated in Barking market that has high street banks, off licence stores, hair shops, meat/fish shops, Asda, McDonald’s, JD sports plus more. The station is a 10-15 minute walk, and can navigate to Liverpool Street in under 30 minutes direct. There is also a gym in the building that can be used between 6am to 10pm of no extra charge, and a working area for those who would like somewhere to work during their hybrid hours. There isn’t anymore parking available in the complex, however it is possible to enquire about parking spots at Ibis hotel which is a 2 minute walk from the building. Please note, the cost would be separate from rent and bills.

RENT AND BILLS It will cost £950 per month, which will include rent, water, electricity and heating bill, as well as a cleaner every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas such as the private bathroom and the living area.

NO GO’S No after parties, this flat is my sanctuary, so I would not feel comfortable for random people entering the apartment after a night out. No pork. No one messy.

ABOUT ME I am a 26 year old female, who works as a Human Resources Manager. My work is hybrid, so it will be split between home as well as work. I am a sociable individual, that is up for laughs, movie nights, listening to music as well as going out to eat, bars and cinema. I’m more of a homebody than someone that goes out a lot, so I understand when people want their peace and space, as I am similar to that. Weekends I tend to relax, do a deep clean as well as spend time with friends and family. I occasionally have guest such as sisters or friends that come to visit from time to time, but I would make the conscious effort to include the new tenant to socialise. I’m more of a cook than a takeaway person! So I do cook 3-4 times a week, however I am also a person that if I am cooking for myself, I would cook for the tenant if they would like. I am a big believer in cleanliness, so would really appreciate someone who is clean, as mess is something I cannot deal with - this is more for communal areas. I have a marble bengal kitten who is under a year, generally very friendly, but has the random zoomies of running around and being a bit crazy. In general, I would like to consider myself as an easy going person whose willing to always help out and be considerate to anyone I come across.
