I have found a possible flat in EN2, Enfield. There are 2 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite); a large living room; large kitchen and a balcony.

The house is furnished and quite modern. The area is super quiet, and it’s a 25 minute walk to shops/cafes/etc.
