It’s close to the tram and bus stops, so transportation into the city is really easy. It’s a quiet area, so it’s great if you have a car as there’s on road parking for free. It’s got a back garden as well, which has the sun on it all the time.

Behind the property is the River Mersey, which is a lovely walking spot. If you like adventuring outdoors, this would be ideal for you.

Very close to Burton Road, which is a hotspot for restaurants and bars. There’s shops, such as Co Op and Tesco. Alongside many cute cafes and live music in the evenings.

The housemates are 2 social professional females. They love meeting new people and are always up for socialising! One is 23 and the other 24. Very respectful and clean roommates. They love to sit in the lounge and chat, but also respect others privacy.
