Martin's room

Just to mention it before you start reading the rest. I’m looking for someone reasonable and clean to share the room with me, to reduce the cost of living. I’m working and spending most of the time outside of the house, also I’m going very often back home to Croatia so the room is not occupied throughout the whole year, but I’m still paying my rent because I don’t want to lose this room. The owners are awesome people who let me to re-arrange the room and also share it. It is a huge bright room with a new bunk bed and working desk in East London (Leyton). 3 min walk to Leyton central station, 10-15 min walk to Stratford Underground Station. It has an amazing kitchen, a nice terrace, and our own toilet on our floor. Full of various shops and activities plus Stratford is very near. In my opinion, maybe not the best area but everything that you need is here.

Easy-going, reasonable, clean, and tidy person. Don’t mind if you smoke, just please don’t smoke inside the room. There is a lovely terrace at the back of the house.
