Ronaldo's room

Spacious en-suite double bedroom on the ground floor of a large six-bedroom student house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes walk from the University of East Anglia. There is a large built-in wardrobe and many amenities, including a utility room, spacious kitchen and living space, a bicycle shed and a long, secluded rear garden. The tenancy will be in place until late June in 2023, however the security deposit is paid.

The household excluding myself (as the room in question is mine and I am looking to move) consist of 4 women and 1 man all between the ages of 19 and 20, all of whom are students at UEA and are quiet and respectful, while fun-loving and adventurous out of the house as well. In order to build trust amongst your new housemates, we will ask of you to meet us prior to any agreements being made.
