WILL BE ADDING MORE PICTURES SOON! 4th floor two bedroom flat located right by Salford Central train station so walking distance to Manchester City Centre & plenty of amenities/transport links nearby. The room itself is quite spacious with a large wall length mirrored wardrobe. You also get your own bathroom with a tub (not an en-suite, but still all yours!) The living room/kitchen is a large open plan lay-out, my current flatmate is also offering an ex-uni grade study desk (can get rid of if not needed), as we have turned the back corner into a bit of a work station perfect for freelancers/students. You’re welcome to use my TV/Xbox, plus there is plenty of spare shelving space around it for plants/books etc. The front of the communal room is entirely windowed with a large sliding door complete with blinds and netting - this is particularly really nice when it’s sunny as light glows into the whole room! There is quite a lotta posters and plants in the communal area so I am hoping to find someone with a similar taste that won’t roast our decor! If you drive, you can contact our housing agency to request a fob for the car park at an extra price (unsure on amount). Currently, water is £35 a month, broadband £38, electric around £40 - all of which will be split between us - however I am hoping to discuss switching to an all bills inclusive company with any potential flatmate (i.e. the bunch or something similar).

My current flatmate is moving back to Australia on 6th of October, so it will just be me looking for someone to fill her tenancy! Myself - I am 22 years old, in my final year of a creative writing degree, and in my spare time I am working on freelance digital art & design, sculpting and basically whatever random skill or interest I’m experimenting with in that month (note: I have ADHD - but promise I won’t talk your ear off all the time!) I’m a very relaxed and open-minded person so honestly up for living with pretty much anybody. Providing you have some level of cleanliness & don’t sesh constantly (I need to complete my degree!!!!), I’m always wanting to learn new things & meet new people. I am a little on the eccentric side in terms of my personality and personal presentation but I can assure you that I am very approachable and interested in lots of different things! I like to stay in the majority of my free time and watch films / work on my hobbies / read but also love going to pubs, galleries, cool shops & events etc. on occasion. Recently started going to NQ64 & love it - especially the retro dance machine. I also collect records/cassette tapes/weird books! (It may also be worth noting that I do currently have a long-term partner and invite them to visit and stay over every other weekend or so - so pls don’t apply if this is going to make you uncomfortable - sorry!) P.S. I don’t have a cat myself - but put cat friendly because I encourage anybody with one to apply with their feline friend <3
