Three bedroom house in three floor house. Your bedroom would be on the private top floor loft with a queen sized bed, your own bathroom with shower and bath, landing and closet area!

Move in date is the 15th of October but we can be flexible thanks to the spare bedroom!

Bills £190/month should cover gas, electricity, internet and council tax. One-time returnable deposit is £1680.

This semi-detached is located on a quiet street right behind Borough Market and a stones throw from The Shard and St. Paul’s. It is only a 2 minute walk to London Bridge station (Jubilee and Northern Lines) and the overground station.

Canary Wharf: 15 minutes Oxford Circus: 15 minutes Hyde Park: 30 minutes St. Paul’s/City: 10 minute walk Marylebone: 15 minutes

The house has 4 bedrooms, though we keep one of the bedrooms as a spare. You would be staying with two mature professionals working in advertising who typically work from the office most days.

The GROUND/BOTTOM FLOOR has a large kitchen and shared living room/dining room. In addition we also have both a front and back garden, and parking on site if needed. The FIRST/MIDDLE FLOOR has storage, 3 bedrooms (1 is a spare) and a large bathroom. The SECOND/TOP FLOOR (i.e. YOURS) has a landing with build in wardrobe, large bedroom with queen sized bed and an en-suite with shower and separate large bath.

The current housemate and I are sociable and have fairly busy lives but enjoy hanging out in the evening and hanging out in the market from time to time. The leaving tenant has lived in the house for 7 years, and is moving out because they are leaving the UK. We have a network of friends in the area (many of whom lived in the house previously) and have an excellent landlord who we have been with for the past 8 years - she is open to a 2 month notice lease too.
