As landlord I am a 59 year old semi-retired man with my own small business, who has had lodgers in this and my previous homes over many years. I have lived in this home since purchasing it outright in 2014. There’s currently one other lodger (a gay guy aged 26) and I am gay too. Lodgers of all genders, sexualities, ethnicities and backgrounds are welcome in what is a friendly, comfortable, easy going household.
