Sadly due to some unforeseen circumstances we need to give up our tenancy for this amazing flat in Clapham South. It’s a three bed (two rooms normal size with a smaller third room). It has a separate kitchen and separate living room. It has two bathrooms. It overlooks a school so really quiet in the evening with a lovely peaceful vibe.

• Two double beds and wardrobes have been provided as well as sofas and dining chairs/tables. You would only need to furnish the third bedroom as well as kitchen utensils.

Looking to move out end of November. We are two couples which works well and the third room can be used as an office space, but whatever suits! You could always turn the living room into a fourth room if need be.

The estate agent is Foxtons and they would need to do a reference check.
