Location, Just a minute walk to either the Luton Train Station or Shuttle Stop which has a 6 minute journey to Luton Airport. There are a number of indoor & outdoor carparks in the vicinity - the nearest one is only half a minute away, for reasonable fees (which has free parking from the evening to the morning, 6pm-8am).

Amenities, In close proximity there is ; A Cornershop, Two Pubs, Three Restaurants, In an adjacent street, The Bear Club, a well respected Jazz club & cocktail bar, And most notably The Hat Factory, funded by Luton Culture Trust, which hosts live & hobbyist events such as, Staged Musical Productions, Theatre, a Cinema, an Art Gallery, Comedy Stand-Up and weekly get-togethers.

Bills, Understandably energy costs are concerning everyone, however having lived here for over a year, the only bill, which is electricity, has averaged at £55 pcm.

Internet, Inclusive in the rent, currently on a very stable broadband 120Mb/15MB plan with Virgin Media, an exclusively high speed in this area due to custom infrastructure, but I’m more than willing to upgrade to over twice the speed of the current plan.
