The bedroom comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, new duvet and pillows, desk, desk chair, beside table and closet space. Locks work on all doors with back door access to the garden from the bedroom. The bottom floor consists of the kitchen and living room with 3 other bedrooms and two toilets upstairs. Tenant will be have to share a bathroom with one of the other tenants.

Council Tax bad E Bills (water, gas/electricity, broadband) not included

3 mid-twenty working professionals all from Ireland living in the other rooms. Easy to get along with and like to have a chat.
