We are looking for occupants for each room in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house in Canley for £533 pcm per month excluding bills. All rooms are double rooms and have their own bathrooms and there is a large shared kitchen! The contract is 11 months and starts on the 1st September. House is only a short walk away from the university too! Couples are welcome!

At the moment as we are advertising for each room, one of the rooms is currently being occupied by a couple who studies at the University of Warwick.
