2 bedroom ground floor flat in a lovely quiet area of Leeds, just off Otley road with public transport links to Leeds City Centre. Close to ring road so great for commuting. Within walking distance of a large Asda supermarket, Holt Park leisure centre and Golden Acre Park. The flat comprises of 2 double bedrooms (1 double bedroom will be yours, the other is mine) and a shared living / dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a communal garden shared by all residents of the building. Wifi available, utility bills included. This would be a shared tenancy with myself through the lettings agency Linley and Simpson. The amount of £550 per month is based on a half share of the current rent and utility bills - any future increase in rent or utilities is out of my control and will need to be shared equally.

I’m 38 and currently living with my friend / colleague who will be moving out at the end of December. I’m easy going, love keeping fit - especially running, but equally enjoy nights out as well as relaxing at home with a box set and a bottle of wine! I’m a Ballroom and Latin dancer and compete / train regularly. I work at a dance school in Farsley 4 days a week and also work from home. Other interests include reading, Sci Fi, theatre and musicals. I’m clean and tidy and would appreciate a roommate who will equally share in the housework, as well as socialising together :)
