Apartment in a block of flats submerged in a green area with a lovely sense of community, on second floor so easily accessible with both lift and stairs. Walking distance to city center and university. Metro station is a 5min walk away, as well as supermarkets-Morrisons, Wilko,Byker shopping center, ASDA,Lidl- local artisanal bread and coffee shops on the way to Heaton park , which is around the corner..and really anything you need.

I live on my own here with my two cats, I’m a 25 years old woman , I work between home and the office but I’m a homebody when I’m not at the gym and enjoy the peace of my own space. I don’t have house parties , rarely invite people over and I’d prefer if for you this is okay to do as well. I’m a smoker however I keep the windows open and tend to smoke vape most times. I’m not a judgmental person however drugs aren’t welcome, I want to share my home with someone who’s balanced and respectful.
