Im looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 7 bedroom shared house staring from September 2022 as I won’t be staying in Plymouth for next year. House is shared with 6 other girls in 2nd year who are lovely, sociable and easy to get on. House is located on North Hill which is about 5 minutes away from university/ city centre and its right next to Aldi, it also has been recently redecorated with all modern furniture. There is 2 bathrooms with a shower and extra 2 WC,s. New kitchen comes equipped with new American fridge freezer and dishwasher. Communal area has a large flat screen TV and wireless broadband. Satellite TV is also included in rent. Once a fortnight there is a cleaner that comes in to clean all communal spaces. This property also comes with a private drive with 2 parking spaces. Tendency is 44 weeks. Rent includes all utility bills. Deposit is already paid

All girls going into 2nd very sociable, helpful and friendly will make anyone feel welcome.
