A large, spacious house and garden very well kept in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood. Although there are two bedrooms available to rent, there is only one available parking space on the property, unless happy to walk a short distance to the next road, there is also a garage which has space for any other transportation (moped, bikes etc). There are two bathrooms available on either floor of the house, only the upstairs having a bath/shower. The kitchen has all appliances, which are all new and available to use and plenty of cupboard space available, the living room/dining room has a large double fridge/freezer which also has plenty of space available. The living room has multiple sofas, a large tv with access to Netflix, Disney+, Youtube etc and multiple consoles available for use in this space. The house has two large gardens, a stone barbeque and patio space with a conservatory overlooking and is a lovely place to relax or entertain your friends and family. Outside the front of the property is a bus stop and takes approximately 15 mins to get to the city centre arriving multiple times an hour, and is also located a few minutes’ walk in any direction to either small shops or a large supermarket. The community and neighbourhood are extremely welcoming and very peaceful, with many being retired, which we’ve helped or been helped by often or enjoyed social exchanges with. The house is set back from the main road so noise pollution is minimal and extremely safe. The house is also equipped with a security system that is routinely inspected and updated. This house is non-smoker and smoker friendly (outside of the property), LGBTQ+ inclusive and pet friendly, also although I am not vegan or vegetarian I am more than comfortable sharing my home with someone who is, if you are also.

I am professional, who is also working towards obtaining my degree; who enjoys cooking, keeping active and travelling when timing allows. A lot of both me and my housemate time is spent at work and outside of this pursuing our hobbies and interests so the house is usually quite quiet. When I am home to relax I enjoy cooking and baking whilst listening to music, so ideally looking for someone that shares some of these interests. My housemate who is relocating for work at the end of the year is pursuing his career and working towards his HGV license. A lot of his spare time is spent socialising with friends and family and following his sport and music interests. We have lived together almost two years and in this time have found a comfortable living dynamic and share a good friendship.
