The flat has two bathrooms with a shower toilet and sink, a dishwasher, washing machine and comes with wifi.

All the bedrooms are the same size and come with a desk and a wardrobe.

We’re three postgrads looking for another postgrad preferably to rent a 4th room in our student property located in Sheffield city centre.

We’re two girls and one boy and have no preference on gender.

We’re clean, sociable and friendly people who are down for nights out as well as nights in but also intending on spending a lot of time working towards our degrees.
