Romford (Greater London) has excellent transport links into central London, and really good local area nearby amenities. So, if you want somewhere close to London - but without having to pay a lot higher rent or contend with high pollution, (like in inner London) then Romford is definitely a good choice. It’s also less crime rate and is statistically safer. Make a viewing or can talk to me about it, and decide from there! Potential for slight movement on cost - but dependent on reasonable usage and/or other.
