Lots of space downstairs with living room, dining room, conservatory. Also utilities area out the back and a reasonably sized garden.

House is a little dated but lots of space compared to typical flat shares.

Lots of parking space (garage, drive, on-street).

House is spacious, etc. Good sized double room available (300/month).

Also a small single room only if the double gets filled.

Rent is really good. Rent only covers the house. We have to sort out bills and everything ourselves but I have been doing that. Bills & council tax are killer now. Probably same everywhere though.

House is walking distance to Warwick university, Canley Police station, Cannon Park shopping Centre, Canley station. House is pretty much next to the Phantom Coach if you want to see area on Google Maps.

For Coventry areas go, I have had no issues with the neighbourhood or dodgy people or anything.

Landlord is very friendly and unlike most landlords. For example she is fine with me getting a pet.
