Great Ancoats Street

Hi! I’m Shaz, a Dr working in Manchester. I am originally from Paris but am both British & French and hence bilingual. I am a live-in landlord in my 2-bedroom 2 bathroom new build 6th floor flat in Ancoats/New Islington, close to Aldi/Puregym, New Islington tram station and to Ancoats Marina. Everything is provided for in the flat: it is fully furnished: sofa, bed, kitchen utensils, TV, brand new duvet, linen, pillows etc etc etc. If you work from home, i can get a desk and chair installed in your room. The flat has 2 bathrooms so you would have your own bathroom/toilet. The building itself is in good condition, there is an on-site gym, there’s a security guard after 5pm, a fob is needed to get into the building and into the lift.

The rental price of £750 is inclusive of everything: rent, utility bills, Internet, council tax, and you can stay for as little or as long as you like, short-term stays are very welcome ie EU students on a semester abroad etc. (If you are however planning on renting for 2 months or less, the price unfortunately is higher: £950 for 1 month i.e. £31/night) Females only please! Happy for your partner to come visit/stay over as long as they’re respectful and also keep the place tidy. Your cat/hamster/guinea pig is also welcome as long as you’re able to take care of it i.e. feed it, empty litter etc. No dogs please!

I’m a hospital Dr so am busy and away during the day, however I come back home in the evenings and eat out with friends, chill with my flatmate (who’s getting married, hence this advert) or watch Netflix and cook/bake. I’m open to both quiet evenings and chilled sociable ones too, I’m quite easy-going in terms of flatmate, I’m open to all and am quite relaxed. The only thing I’m particular about is that communal spaces i. e. open plan living room/kitchen, corridor are tidy and clean! (How you decide to keep your room/bathroom doesn’t concern me at all, as long as when you move out, it’s in clean condition as it was when you moved in).
