This house has 8 spare fully furnished double rooms (includes a desk as well) that me and my housemate are looking to fill.

The house has a fully fitted kitchen and spacious dining area as well as a washing machine. The property is also quite airy and has a lot of natural sunlight. There’s 3 bathrooms in total, with one on each floor. The picture of the bathroom is indicative of what each bathroom looks like.

The rooms are £120/week with all bills included and it is only a 15 minute walk from UoB. It’s close to all supermarkets as well as having good transport links so getting into the centre is very easy. Less than 20 minutes walk to the QE hospital as well.

Both of us are postgrads (F21 and F24) who are about to start a Masters and a PhD at UoB but we have no preference on whether you’re an undergrad, a postgrad or a working professional (male or female is fine as well). We’re both council tax exempt so please be aware that if you’re not, you will have to pay the full bill.
