The first month’s rent has been paid. I’m looking for a person in need of a house next year. It’s an 8-man house with 6 people living in it already looking for a 7th.

The rent will be tailored towards 7 people instead of 8, so the house itself will be very spacious as it will have a spare room. The property is also 5 minutes from the university campus

We are all engineers from different degrees and going into our 4th year. Very fun guys that get along with each other and are easygoing. As we are 4th-year engineers the house won’t be overrun by house parties, however, there will still be a lot of fun.
