The room is available for full-time let as well as a more versatile arrangement, such as Mon-Fri let. Any length of time also considered.

The apartment is on the fifth floor & offers gorgeous south facing views over Penarth & the marina below.

The room is available fully furnished with double bed & mattress, large built-in wardrobe with shoe rack, bedside tables, wall mirror, wall-mounted 40“ smart TV & sitting chair - the room is a very sizable double but some items can be removed if you’d prefer the space.

The occupant will also have sole access to their own private bathroom/toilet/sink (brand new shower soon to be installed over bath) as well as access to the large living room, balcony & kitchen with all appliances & contents.

Plenty of free parking is also available onsite with a parking permit.

All bills are included, such as super-fast broadband, council tax, electricity, water, tv license, ground rent & maintenance charges.

A 24 hour concierge is located directly opposite the block.

The Location: The apartment is in a fantastic location with easy access to the A4232 leading to the M4. The area has facilities such as the International Swimming Pool, white water rafting, Ice Arena Wales & several gyms. There is a range of supermarkets including Asda, Morrisons, Tesco & Aldi, as well as cafes & coffee shops such as Coffi Co, Starbucks, Costa etc. plus a wide range of other stores at the Cardiff Bay Retail Park - which is within walking distance. There are bars & restaurants nearby with Mermaid Quay one side & Penarth Marina on the other. Both Cardiff City Centre & Penarth Town Centre are less than a 10 minute drive away. There is a bus stop directly outside the complex that regularly makes the 10-15 minute bus trip into the city & Cogan railway station is also within walking distance.

I work full-time through the week & have lived here for over 10 years so know the area well! I work as a photographer & digital marketing specialist. I’d like to think I’m super laid back & very easy to get on with! Spend most of my free time keeping fit, socialising, checking out new places, watching random documentaries or going out to shoot photography.
