I am seeking someone to replace me in my current house share. The house is in central Farnham and has a large living room, kitchen, utility room, a nice sunny courtyard , one large bathroom and 2 double bedrooms set across 3 storeys. Your room would be on the second floor and would come part furnished with a bed (4 drawers underneath for storage), built in shelving unit and one desk. There is a cupboard next to the room you could use for storage or as a wardrobe. The remaining housemate is a 27 year old female creative. Letting agents would need to do a reference check. The room is available immediately and the lease runs until March 23- possibility to extend! Please note- pictures are from original listing where property was unfurnished. Communal areas are now fully furnished and feel free to bring along anything you may have! :) (Room to let is the empty room with fireplace/brown wooden floor).

I will not be living in the property with you but am advertising on my roommates behalf. You would be living with a female housemate aged 27. She is a creative, sociable and fun. Interests include art, music, gardening, cooking, netflix and playing games.
