A single bedroom inside a comfortable house located in a quiet residential area. The house has good connections to Lee and Grove Park train stations (13-15 min walk or 2-3 min bus ride). Grove Park / Lee train stations offer excellent commute to Central London (22min direct train to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street, etc.) and DLR (Lewisham, Canary Wharf, etc.).

The house is close to a Sainsburys Local and Tesco Express as well as to a bigger Sainsburys in Lee. Local amenities in the area include gym and local parks for outdoor sports (cycling, walking or jogging).

The Bedroom: £550 a month.

• Modern desk + Samsung TV + Soundbar that comes with the following TV packages: Netflix, Amazon Prime, NowTV)
• Well illuminated: One small window with a nice view overlooking a private garden and another large side window.

• 1 bathroom.
• High ceilings in all rooms and corridors.
• Light and spacious kitchen.
• Washing machine and dishwasher.
• Dedicated storage in kitchen cupboards and drawer in fridge + freezer.
• Big garden with shed.
• Electronic Alarm System that covers all the house + alarm key for the lodger.
• Dining table is for shared use with the lodger however the living room area (sofa) is reserved to us only (due to working from home).
