This is a 6 bedroom flat, with large, spacious, double bedrooms that each have an en suite within them. The bedroom also have large windows that allow lots of natural light in. The bedrooms also come fitted with a large desk, chair, wardrobe and other storage. The flat is located in the centre of town, a 2 minute walk from the high-street and a 15 minute walk from campus. The flat also has a large kitchen / living room that comes with a TV, dishwasher, table etc. The rent will be £155 a week, with a £200 deposit that will come off the first instalment of rent.

We are a group of 5 that are looking for a sociable flatmate to fill out final free bedroom as one of our flatmates had to pull out. There is currently 4 boys and 1 girl (me), so we are ideally looking for a girl to make the flat a little more balanced. We are really sociable, friendly, outgoing flat that like to go out together often. We are also like to keep our communal spaces clean and tidy and are respectful of peoples personal spaces. We hope that we can make someone feel comfortable living with us, and that they can fit in with the group well.
