Connie's room

I am advertising our bright, spacious double bedroom in the heart of Roath, Cardiff. The room would be partially furnished, which includes a double bed and a small set of drawers that are currently stored in the wardrobe. There is a lovely mirrored built-in wardrobe that allows for a tonne of storage and hanger space. We live in a ground floor flat that has a private garden with a side entrance (great for storing bikes!) There is a open-plan kitchen/living room, shared bathroom and utility space with a washing machine, fridges and space to dry clothes.

Me and my partner, John and our two kittens are looking to welcome a conscientious, friendly & social flat mate into our home. It is important to us that we make our flat mate feel as if it is their home, as much as it is ours. We enjoy evenings cooking and watching films together, as well as nipping to our local pub on occasion :) Myself and John are both working professionals. Our expectations in a flat mate would be that you are mindful, clean and overall, respect the communal space we’d share. We like to leave the communal areas how we found it, but your room is your room! We do of course value finding someone who wouldn’t mind living with our two fur babies & would be overall, cat positive!
