We have a lovely double bedroom for single occupancy available immediately in a 4-bedroom shared flat in West London. We are two Italians and one Romanian, all working professionals, and we’re looking for someone who would be a good fit for our friendly household. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, and you’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with just one other person – a real bonus when it comes to comfort, space and privacy! We are ideally looking for a female working professional (preferably someone who doesn’t work exclusively from home) who is sociable, clean, tidy, mature and respectful of others and the house rules. About the Room & Location: Double bedroom for single occupancy on the ground floor. £760 per month, bills included. Additional £20 per month towards electricity. Quiet and convenient residential area. Approximately 15 minutes’ walk from Ravenscourt Park Underground Station (District Line). A bus stop just off the main road provides connections to Hammersmith Underground Station. Another bus stop, approximately 10 minutes’ walk away, offers direct bus connections to Shepherd’s Bush Underground Station.
