About the room

I am looking for a lodger to stay in my spare double room. Everything is furnished and as I will be living in the flat. This includes sharing a bathroom kitchen and living area. This flat is well located and there are many shops nearby. There is a bus stop (5 minute walk) with transport links to places including Bolton and Manchester. Also you can easily get to places by car and there is a parking space available if needed.

I am a female aged 23. I am private person and usually keep to myself but will be down for the odd dinner and drinks here and there. I enjoy the gym, going for walks and cooking.
