About the room

Very modern kitchen, Open fire in open plan lounge / dining room Good sized garden. Parking bay directly outside house.

About the roomies

I live alone with my dog (crazy Cocker Spaniel) but I frequently travel on business through the week. An excellent cook, I host fairly regular social events. Ideally I’m looking for someone who also works mainly from home and would be happy to look after my dog while I’m away, in which case rent can be significantly reduced! Successful applicants must be tidy, very sociable, fun, respectful.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
