The property is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Wembley Central Station, offering excellent transport links into Central London, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

The house is modern, well maintained and offers a comfortable living environment. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, with all household bills included in the £800 monthly rent.

One of the biggest advantages is that you’ll be sharing with only two other people, unlike many crowded house shares in London.

The double room is available for single occupancy and would suit someone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and convenient place to call home.

We’re a small, friendly household consisting of two females – the live-in landlady and one other female lodger.

We enjoy a peaceful, clean and comfortable home and are considerate of each other’s space and privacy.

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person who will fit well into our household and treat the property as their home.

With only three people (including you) living in the house in total, it’s a much quieter and more personal living environment than a typical large house share.

We respect each other’s independence and simply ask that everyone keeps the shared areas clean and is considerate of others.
