The property is a large old house based off Smithdown Road, close to Penny Lane and a quick walk to the brookhouse! The property has a large lounge, dinning room with dining table and kitchen with a washer and plenty of cupboard space. We have one bathroom upstairs. On top of this is a large yard. The bedroom itself is on the second floor along with two other rooms, it has a double bed , cupboards and a window facing out onto the main road. We also gave the last person in this house the extra spare room which we have which has a wardrobe in and extra cupboard space along with a desk and they used this as office space and dressing room!

We are a group of three girls, two students, one doing a PGCE at John Mores and another at Hope 3rd year and one working full time at Hope Uni. We are outgoing, welcoming and exited to meet new people and would say we are very clean people and like to keep ontop of keeping the house clean. We enjoy cooking, baking, pubs quizzes, a cheeky night out, flowers and the outdoors!
