I’m looking for a student to take over my en-suite room at Staniforth House. It’s a Medium Highest Double En-suite on the 12th floor( The view is amazing!), with a double bed and your own private bathroom, in a shared flat with a communal kitchen.

Price: £176 per week, bills included. Water, heating and electricity are covered. Available now until 28 August 2027.

The building is a modern, secure Unite Students building, with an on-site team, secure fob access, CCTV, a laundry, a cinema room, outdoor space and a study area.

Location: about a 5-minute walk from the Aston University and BCU city centre campuses close to the University of Law and BPP two train stations within about 10 minutes’ walk the Bullring and city centre shops, restaurants and nightlife nearby

How it works: You would sign a new tenancy directly with Unite Students for the remaining period, so you’ll need to be a student eligible to book. Unite approves the replacement. I’m happy to show you the room or answer questions, so message me here.

The Flat currently has only 3 other girls apart from me. The flat is very calm and no issues such as party or loud music.
